Dining With Donors
Sacred Heart Villa has teamed up to help local area restaurants who have supported our efforts over the years. One Wednesday each month during the upcoming 2020-2021 school year, we will have a SHV fundraising at a selected area restaurant. Depending on the restaurant, families and friends of the Villa will be able to dine in/dine in their outdoors space or have take-out/curb-side pick-up. When customers mention Sacred Heart Villa upon placing their orders, the restaurant will give a portion of the proceeds to SHV. These first five restaurants will be offering this fundraiser during both lunch and dinner. When you place your order, tell the staff that the purchase is made for the Sacred Heart Villa fundraiser. It is as simple as that. Looking ahead, we have coordinated with these local establishments:
August 12th Favazza’s on Southwest - dine in/dine in their outdoors space or have take-out/curb-side pick-up
September 16th Peitro’s on Watson Road - dine in/dine in their outdoors space or have take-out/curb-side pick-up
October 14th Anthonino’s on Macklind - dine in/dine in their outdoors space or have take-out/curb-side pick-up
November 11th J. Smug’s GastroPit (now located at 4916 Shaw Ave) - dine in/dine in their outdoors space or have take-out/curb-side pick-up
December 9th Hacienda - dine in or have take-out/curb-side pick-up
This is a great way to support so many eateries that have supported and continue to support Sacred Heart Villa. In the fall, we will post more dates and local establishments for 2021. We are counting on you to spread the word, please!
