Part-Time Marketing Director (16–20 Hours/Week)

We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Director to join our team on a part-time basis (16–20 hours per week). Workdays and schedule are flexible.

Position Overview

The Marketing Director will play a key role in developing and executing marketing efforts to support our mission and programs. This individual will collaborate closely with the Development Director to increase visibility, engagement, and outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms
• Create engaging content, including posts, graphics, and campaigns
• Design flyers and promotional materials for events and programs
• Assist with branding and messaging consistency
• Collaborate with the Development Director on marketing strategies and initiatives
• Help promote events, fundraising efforts, and organizational updates

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Strong social media management skills (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Ability to design visually appealing flyers and promotional content
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
