On Wednesday, November 15, we will have our next Dining with Donors at Panera’s (St. Louis Bread Co.) at 6607 Chippewa Street from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. When you arrive at the cafe, be sure to present your fundraising flyer to the cashier. This will ensure your sales are counted towards the event. SHV will receive 25% of the sale when the flyer is shown. Pick up a copy of the flyer in the school foyer. When placing a mobile, online, or kiosk order, be sure to enter the promo code found on your flyer – FUND4U - prior to making payment. Online orders placed all day at your participating bakery cafe will count towards SHV's fundraising total.
November 15th starts our annual fall raffle but with a holiday twist this year. We have added a mini-virtual auction to the website where raffle tickets can be purchased. The raffle will run from November 15, 2023 – December 15, 2023. The link will be posted on the school's website. There is a QR code, too. Winners will be contacted on December 16, 2023, and posted on the school’s website. Raffle tickets are $20 for a chance. Three raffle prizes will be given:
1st place $2,000
2nd place $1,000
3rd place $500.
When going online to purchase raffle tickets, you will have to register as a bidder/buyer which requires a $1.00 fee to ensure the credit card used will process. Then you can purchase raffle tickets and/or place bids on several Christmas items. Help Sacred Heart Villa raise raise $20,000 for our Safety Enhancement Fund which will provide more gates on the property, a security camera in the elevator, and protective film on the first-floor windows and doors. These safety features were highly recommended by experts on school safety. Sacred Heart Villa is always striving to provide the best safe and nurturing environment for God’s precious little ones.

Due to differing legislation on raffle sales through the USA, it was recommended that we limit these tickets sales to Missouri residents who are physically within Missouri at the time the raffle ticket is purchased. This restriction is posted on the raffle website. Be mindful of whom you forward the raffle website.
