Our auction's Golden Ticket Rafffle offers just 100 tickets at $100 a piece. The lucky winner of this year's raffle will have a week vacation in a beautiful spacious home along the scenic 30A Highway in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. A short walk or golf cart ride takes you to the sugar-white sand beaches in Blue Mountain Beach. This 3-bedroom, 3 full bath house is 1550 Sq. ft. and sleeps 10 guests. Use the 6-seater golf cart to ride down to the beach, shop, or to dine at any one of the many local establishments. Multiple beach access points within .5 mi of the house.
As you enter this home you will see a very spacious living and kitchen area allowing plenty of room for friends and family to relax. This living area offers a flatscreen TV and tons of room to unwind. Cook your favorite meal in the fully stocked kitchen before heading to the dining room table or outside to the private patio with a grill to enjoy a nice dinner.
Off of the dining area you will find a guest bedroom that offers a king-sized bed along with a shared bathroom. As you head upstairs you will find the large master bedroom. This bedroom comes with a king-sized bed and has its own private en suite bathroom, with large walk-in closet. Open the French style balcony doors and step outside where you will find the best morning coffee spot around with all day south facing sunshine. Just across the hall you will find the ideal room for your little ones. This room has two sets bunk beds and a flat screen TV, with its own full bathroom. (No Cable.
